Murdered out my 2004 with flat black paint, flat black powder coated rims, etc
OK,
I just have a passion for flat black.
I did my Dodge RAM http://www.vtcoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40608 during the winter
and now I have completed my Vette.
My Z06 started out silver too, and after four layers of PPG's hotrod flat black, flat black powder coated rims; Here is what it looks like:
Sorry for the low quality cell phone photo

Work in Progress at Stenod Performance
BTW don't care much for the "murdering out" term. From Yakuza, right? (Gokudo?) Anyways...
Another interesting observation; My Ram gets complements from a lot of people on the road, gas stations etc - the Corvette not so much. Most people prefer a shiny red or black Vette... To one his own...

My Opinion, unless you want me tell tell you what you want to hear
In my opinion, it looks like it's ready for Paint. Unfinished, hardly sinister to me, incomplete, and cheap. Cars in Primer don't conjour up a Positive emotion for me, but that is just me.. It's your car. It an honest opinion. Of course I could say , it looks great and just move on like many would do.That would give you license to say that everyone loves it that way.

It's your car and you like it. You probably won't have a hard time finding your car at a Corvette show.
But it makes me think "another import"...
