Seems to me I remember reading a post on here were a members painted the lower rear area of his black Vette with a matte black. I don't thing a contrasting color will look good on a black car. Now on the Red's Yellow's Silver"s and so on the back looks fine. I have never seem anybody use a different color then black.

They come that way from the factory you guys are lucky Lol. fourg63 and yes that's what we are talking about. Btw I have a 91 dsm with a scm6152(35r) may get a 2g one day.

GMMG Blackbird Trans Ams have a dark charcoal/gunmetal colored "CETA" mod.
I have seen one black car and with the metallic charcoal it looks stunning. I wish I could find the picture on ls1tech.
Not sure if the C5 outline would allow the same impact. I usually don't like that area painted.. only some look good.

one day, people on this board will realize that opinions in threads like this are just annoying. no offense guys, but i know what the rear end of a black vette looks like. i own one.
