I was at a show and noticed one zo6 with the 2 small recessed areas in the trunk covered but could not find the owner to find out where he got them or what they are called so I could order. I would like to cover mine in my 99 FRC. Are these a factory item that you order through the Chevy house? Thanks

The trunk well covers were not available for the Z06. For myself , I simply fabricated the set of three (3). But I believe that covers from the C5 convertible will fit. The C5 covers have latches .

I ordered mine from Southern Car Parts. I already had the factory center cover. Then I put a Lloys trunk mat in.

my 04 CE convert has covers on all three compartments and as far as i know, they are factory and that is the way the car came. i never thought anything else, lol! i would think that they should fit your cpe. you might want to try to give one of the corvette specialty salvage yards a call if you want to use OEM type stuff. many of them have loads of late model wreaks.

Southern Car Parts has all three covers for the Z06. They also manufacture a partition for the rear cargo area which helps alleviate some of the road noise. They are a great company and have quality merchandise at reasonable prices.

My '99 FRC only came with the center cover from GM. I got the two side covers from Southern Car Parts. Southern also sells a nice divider that pressure fits (no holes to make)betweem the pass. & trunk that cuts down on some road noise...

I don’t need the small covers in my FRC. A six or twelve pack fits in there perfectly, I use them often.

I have a Z06 and a Vert. The trunks are identical between the two. The covers come stock on the vert, but the Z06 carpet will not have holes cut for the clips. Slight modification needed but should be fairly easy. Your exhaust will get significantly quieter though so be prepared for that change.
