I'm running these as well. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! Here are a few additional notes not covered already...

The flanges are 7/16";

The race merge collectors are spiked;

A plug is included for the Wideband port if you're not going to use it dailey;

The CATs are metalic core European 110 cell units, VERY free flowing and legal! As a matter of fact, during testing the difference between the CATted versus NonCATted systems were negligable;

I already had a set of Headers installed when I did the test fit and Dyno pull, these averaged 8 to 10 RWHP/TQ across the curve! You'll have to visuall play connect-a-dots and ignore the crazy dips, the Dyno was picking up some errant noise at 47k and 52k and dropping out. We ran 8 pulls and they were all identical...

Clearences are very good all around, the primary O2 sensors are fine;

No issues with Sparkplugs;

Both Headers went in from the Top for me. Driver's side slid right in, the Passenger side I jacked the right side of engine up and it dropped right in. I don't believe I had to remove the starter... I honestly can't remember, we were trying different install techniques and I know we removed it when trying to install it from the bottom...

I have a 99 and extended my AIR tube with a hunk of rubber hose to meet the Flange on the Passenger side. I cut it right at the elbow where it comes out from behind the intake. Here are a few pics of that;

Very top left of this pic shows the end of the rubber extension hose and clamp;

Random shots;

I had XS Longtubes on my 98 Z28, and loved them. They fit great, installation was easy, and they looked great as well. Granted this was years ago when you were know as the "ebay" headers on Tech... lol.

FYI, my car is completely slammed on coil overs and I have never had an issue. Mind you I also live in MICHIGAN!!!!! and I've made trips completely across the state..... hopefully that says something for the clearance, haha.
And to help you further, this is how my car sits

Clearance....

I would be interested if we can request they make a set without the a.i.r. fittings. Do you think it would be possible?

Just clean primaries....

I'd hate to pay a bunch extra for Kooks or ARH but for my specific build I want the "shaved" look.

Dang those look sweet!!! Price is good too,,very competitive ,even with OBX,,and the quality looks even better!! What a shame my budget is so tight now,,as the commercial says,,"no budge in my budget"!! Hopefully prices won't go up too much and might be able to squeeze in in the future!! Just curious,,where are they made,,not that it is that big of a deal!!

Damn they look good, and a great price too. I will have to look and see if I can squeeze a few extra bucks from somewhere to pick up a set. Even if I don't make the "top 10" list, the price still looks good.
