Default I just found my old C5..............

I just happened to find my old C5 that I sold 3 years ago in the C5's For Sale section on this forum. Man I wish I had another garage spot. I think I'd seriously consider buying it back.

I think this really does say something for the C5. They are great cars. I own a really cool Victory Red 2008 Z06 and it is one wicked car but I still miss that gorgeous C5....

If I only had a bigger garage.....

That's what I did and apparently just in time as my son gave me back my C-5 that I gave to him 2.5 years ago. Both the '99 and the '07 are in there!

Still beautiful, Glenn! C'mon, there's always a way to squeeze another one in!

I have 10-foot ceilings and I've got my lift near the top of it's travel so even a 9-footer is enough to sqeeze this setup in.

Good to see you on here, Glenn.

Most owners I talk with all wish they would have kept their first Corvette. I know sometimes the funds dictate the moves, however I'm going to really try to add a C6/C7 Z07 to the stable instead of trading in my C5 vert. I just could not bare to part with it.

Ed, I tried everything I could before I sold that car to make room to keep it. The lift was my only option. I can't build another garage nor can I add on. I just didn't have the height to do the lift or I would have...... It hurt to let that car go.... But I really wanted the C6-Z06. .and always good to see and hear from you....

All the others that replied above, thanks for the nice words..

and Kent, Thanks for your VERY kind words. Peace brother...

Sorry to hear that, Glenn. Had I not had to buy a gas-miser MINI Cooper S as a dd, I would have jumped on this to keep it "in the family". Hopefully, someone here will give it a new home and the care it deserves.
