Default It's official...making lower lip for the C5 (Actually Two)!!

Well guy's all your interest and comments, photoshops etc has paid off. I talked to my manufacturer today and they agreed to go ahead and get 2 different style lips made. We will be going with a version of the ACI but shortened and remove the center support (wont need it believe me) and one similar to the highly sought after Chrome & Carbon. It may not be 100% like it but it will be similar and possibly look better. I would like to see it not stick out as far close to the wheel wells. I know you guy's are all anxious for me to get this going, but the process will take time. I will try to keep you guy's updated. Once we start I will try to get pix before the mold is made etc so you guy's can see what the final piece will look like. Im sure we will make both of these in fiberglass and carbon fiber. Once we get close to releasing them I can start a GB and we can go from there, remember though it will take time.

*edit* If you guy's are interested, just post up and let me know what style would interest you. This will help show my manufacturer what type of interest we have.

Here are some pix of what we intend to make.

Shortened ACI style

C&C

Well I wont have final pricing for a while, but a good guess would be $350ish range in fiberglass and $450ish in carbon. I will try to keep the pricing as low as possible but right now I have no definite price.

I'm interested in one, but I think I'm going to have to wait to see the final product before I'll be able to decide which one I want.

I'm leaning toward the C&C one. They both look good though.

I've been partial to the ACI, but will wait to see the final execution on the C&C. I could go either way on this one.

Those both look good. May be interested - will have to see what the final product is like and what the price is.

I like both. I was about to order the original ACI, but will hold off for now. Any idea when they will begin production and also when you will have then available?
