Default Input on Air fresheners ?

What does everyone use for Air fresheners around here?
My car still has the new car smell, but I am interested in getting something that is not that strong. Discuss............

I buy California scents. You get 3 little pieces in 1 can & I throw them under my seat. They will last about a month or longer.

They make ones that clip onto the air vents - maybe Glade is the company. Have seen them on other cars and they seem to work well.

I put about 10 bars of Irish Spring bath soap in my car (It helps keep out the mice) just before I store it for the winter. When I take it out in April, my car smells like leprechauns and stays spring fresh until I put it away again.

I have put in the far rear of the Vette, drivers side, a pouch type freshener for the Vette

Another idea I have heard is taking dryer sheets (Bounce dryer sheets etc) and putting one under each seat, the smell is subtle and fresh too

Thanks,Matt

Try a sheet of Bounce or other similar clothes dryer product. I just place it under the seat after vacuuming. Subtle and clean smelling.

Leather scent from the pine tree shaped company.

I barely cut the bag and leave it in the trunk area. After a month or so I open the bag. I've got an old one back there for over a year now and the car has a soft leather smell although I admit it smells a bit "chemical" when first opened.

Autoglam air fresheners.

Come in a variety of scents that are very classy!

LOVE 'em!

The auction site has 'em.

I've had: Diva, High Maintenance, Tyler, Cowboy, Paris and Pristine flavors.

I use a container type that allows you to slide up the top.. to expose the stuff inside.. I use a velcro pad on it to hold it in place in the car.. sticks kto the rug ... placed right behind the drivers seat
