one more question.

if i get the vin can i find out what options the car has? like suspension, rearend gear ration etc. can i find this info online.

All that info (codes) should be in the glovebox.

$20k for a low mile '01 vette in excellent condition seems like a good deal. It just depends how much you want to spend. GL, hope it works out for you.

If the car is that nice and with that low mileage, that's not an unreasonable price. If it checks out mechanically, I say go for it.

As for the options and service history, if you get the VIN, send a PM to either Gene Culley or Dennis Fichtner (CeYaBye) - they can run a report for you.

i went by the sellers office said he sure he got the window sticker if not i'll get the VIN and go from there. thanks again
