Congrats on buying the fastest color for Corvettes! After all, all Corvettes are red.

Thanks,

This is the iconic story of "a little old lady/man" owned it, drove it only on Sundays and sunny days. It was bought new in Warrior AL in January 1999 and the original owner had it serviced at Chevy, drove it an average of 3200 miles a year. Sold it to a guy in late December of 2009. He drove it 1600 miles and put new tires on it. Then divorce/lack of a garage forced him to sell. I bought it last night in Decatur Al.

Great looking ride, those seats look very comfortable. I see the parking brake is engaged....does it actually work? Others will understand what I mean.

Yeah, I KNOW EXACTLY what you mean. My 2000 Silverado Z71 4x4 parking brake is the same way.

Last night on the way home from the purchase, I set the parking brake with the car in Neutral on a slight incline at a gas station and looked up at the approaching curb. Lucky I was far enough back, that it never got closer than 1 foot from the air dam. =) Mine works if you pull it to the headliner.
