Stainless Rear Letters On Silver Vette?
I had black acrylic and was wondering if anybody has the stainless letters on a silver car. If so, can you please post a pic or two so I can see what they look like in contrast to silver? Thanks.

I wish I'd seen these pics about 2 weeks ago before I ordered the red ones for my QuickSilver 01 coupe. Oh well, when these red ones fall off I'll go with SS next time!

i know that it is not silver but imo dark letters look better on a light car and light ones on a dark car. i went with dark titianiun and really like the way they look . they shine like chrome but are dark... just my .02

The stainless letters look good on silver.

I got mine in today from Zip and they came with a little tube of primer to put on and let dry before attaching the letters. Has anyone used this primer and is it really necessary? They also came with alcohol wipes to clean where the letters go which I can see but the primer?? What is it for?

thanks they look a whole lot better in person... ssinserts, a forum vendor. http://www.ssinserts.com/
the primer reacts with the sticky tape and makes it bond better. the last thing that you want to have to do is spend the $ again cause you lost one...
