Melting Slicks
There's a little plastic lozenge-shaped insert (about 4 inches long) on the inside door panel adjacent to the interior door handle... damn thing keeps popping out whenever I swing the door open.
Looks like the solution may be to add some volume to the tabs that hold it in place (i.e. with a buildup of duct tape windings) so it'll stay in place.

ABS went out, so no TCS or active handling.
Electric locks went out, so I can't use the key fob.
Rocking seat.
Drivers side mirror is stuck between night and day mode.
Vanity mirror fell out on my drivers side mirror before I read the tie strap fix, so I cut the wires and took it off. Got the passenger side partially fixed, just need to put in the double stick tape.
Lack of low end torque that comes with the G5X3.
Electric locks went out, so I can't use the key fob.

-horrible parking brake, no matter how many times I adjust it
-car (black) shows the dust, 100 feet after driven after wash
-stock head lights are not very bright
-stone chips on the front
-vert roof rattles like crazy on the slightest bump when up
-roof leaks in the rain when driving, not when parked
all things I can fix or upgrade, all-in-all, no big deal at all. Still love driving it.

Burning Brakes
In no particular order,
1. Driver seat memory/easy entry has a mind of its own.
2. Even with new batteries, key fobs are finicky.
3. Electric antenna inop. (Don't really care because I have XM unit installed.)
4. Trying to find a source for original 17"/18" C5 wheel
5. Have to get seats reupholstered soon.
6. Want to take it to Doug & Chris for a tune.
Despite that, I love driving it.
