Here are a few that I know of, what are you thinking about having done? It would be a good idea to contact the shop ahead of time to make an appointment. None of the shops are corvette specific, but I've heard good things about all of them.

There's also a forum member in SA, Arnold (gotjuice?). He's a very knowledgable and excellent Corvette mechanic. Works on several forum members cars. He pretty much does everything from oil changes to installing super chargers. Shoot me a PM and I'll give you his number as he doesn't really want it posted.
