I've used them with my DD, but not with the Vette.

Just the drive in bay, spray with the hose type. I wouldn't use the rotating brush type, or the one with the guide rails...

Never have in 3 years, I don't think mine would even fit over the wheel guide.

There is an automatic wash near my house which uses a conveyor belt type of a system, so your car sits on a "moving road" and absolutely nothing touches the car at all, it's 100% touch free (other than your tires sitting on the ground)

It does a decent enough job, but it's nowhere near as good as a proper handwash. Since I drive mine year round, even in the winter, I have been in the habit of getting a local detail shop to do a full handwash every Saturday morning during the cold months when it's below freezing outside. But sometimes in the middle of the week in between handwashings I can't stand the look of all that road salt on the paint so I'll go to the $2 coin wash and spray it off, or I'll go through that automatic wash.

I've used them many times with the vette... never had any issues other than a couple places tell me that my car wouldn't clear... so I just went to places that I've used previously that I know had no issues with clearance. I like to defy the corvette commandments. I've driven the car in the rain and snow as well *gasp*. Turns out, it actually IS a car.

I would use but with my curb finders.30 foot whip antenna.ski rack and spanish lift kit its not a good fit-the brushes would bend my curb finders and than it would pi$$ me off-and worse smoke my A$$-but I say go for it-nothing like a clean corvette with scratches-
