new garage toy
I just finished putting together my new 4 post lift for my garage. I added a 2003 c-5 this year and I had to make some extra room.
The 74 stingray up top, the 03 underneath, this will free up my other bay for the winter.
Im still doing some fine tuning on the lift, and some rearanging of the garage.....but it should be in use over the next couple days..

Very nice! Did you install the lift yourself? If so, how difficult of a process? I was checking out some 4-post lifts on line and noticed that some don't have to be bolted to the floor and can be moved if necessary. There are sooooo many different options and quality standards.

lift
Thanks,
I did install it myself, and it wasnt that bad.It says 4 hours with 2 guys, but it took me about 6 hours ( I worked by myself 90% of the time)If I did another , I could do it in 4 hours by myslef. Its a pretty cut and dry set up.
It does have some heavy componets to lift, but once your past that its all adjustments.
The instructions that came with the lift were very vague , but I down loaded a manual from their website which made it a breeze. I got a couple of the 20 year olds to help me put the runners in place ( 5 minutes max) and I was on my own again.
This is the pro par 8s, it doesnt have to be bolted to the floor and actually comes with a caster kit for moving around.

Very nice. Sure wish I could install one of those in my garage, but unfortunately the ceiling is too low.
