My bad, they do have a rebate for Canadians. Just had to look for it on their Canadian site.

But it is only good if you get your oil changed, not just buying the oil to change it yourself.

Just received my $15 from Pennzoil after buying a 5-gallon jug of the oil from Wal-Mart for less than $25 a month or so ago. I'm most of the way towards my next oil change for not much $.
