I certainly not a big customer, but I value loyalty, having been through it from your side as well as a customer. Count on me as you resurface. In fact, I wanted some advice on some items, and it can easily wait until you announce your re-opening. Lord knows you have worked hard and consistently to do what is right to satisfy your customers' needs honestly and without fuss.

It really sucks for Lankford and Gene. Lankford has been around for a very long time. My family has purchased several cars from them over the years as they were a local dealer ship in my Neiborhood.
It just doesn't seem right. I wish all the best to the staff of Lankford and Gene in his new venture.

On another note;
the way you are handling this is why you are the go to man for genuine GM parts!
You are essentially taking a 3 week vacation without pay just to make sure every order is handled!!!

next, don't blame GM as much as the bean counters, courts and the head man.....obama and his gang of liberal radicals/socialist.
Gene is the man and we all should be grateful for his being there for those in need with great deals, again look forward to Gene back up and running with a new dealer.
