Default Superman09's new stance! Helped by PFADT Coilovers!

Well My coilovers came yesterday and I immediately got them on. Ran into a few issues putting the fronts on but I got that squared away and here is how the car sits right now! The car has a tiny bit of rake to it, I may bring down the rear a touch to make it level. I had the car lowered as far as I could with C6 bolt sup front and matched longer rears. When adding new shocks, my front stance rose a little bit which bugged me. It then forced me to raise the rear up a bit but it still wasn't right. One thing that seems to bug me with these cars is what seems to be a reverse rake. It seems on a lot of set-ups the rear sits too low. I believe this is because of a few reasons... staggered wheels, and also the ease to lower the back vs the front. Well the coilovers allowed me to adjust exactly how I wanted so I really got that front end down and the rear where it was before. For the record, as of right now you can fit just 1 finger between the tire and fender on all 4 corners. The front, fender sits 25 1/4" and the rear at 26 5/8". The front top of rim is 3 1/4" from fender and rear is 3 1/2" giving it that slightly raked look. Anyways here are some pics!!!!!!! Any questions feel free to ask..... To answer some off the bat, yes I have rollers up front, yes I have frame savers down the rocker panels, yes I changed my driving habits so no, I rarely scrape.... only hit the rollers once n a while when going in or out of entrances with curbs

Excuse the dirty car, I can kind of get away with it being silver but I snapped these just as I got home from work in which the car was rained on in the parking lot.

Glad you liked the Coil Overs.

You should always measure from the frame and not the fenders as there is slight differences in the fenders from one side to the other.

I usually dislike the look of silver C5s but your setup is by far the best i've seen in that color by a long run...fantastic!

Nicely done and coil overs are what our Vettes should have come with from the factory

I agree, I love these things!

Wheels are 18x9 up front (265/35/18), 19x10.5 out back (305/30/19)

Thanks!

That looks great Jon!!!

Let us know if you have any issues with your TC/AH or ABS as I believe you're supposed to have an approximate positive 1/2" rake in the rear, or there abouts...

Thanks! Will do, although I am almost positive I will not. I have already driven it all over town with no issues. I have more rake now than I did before lowered on bolts (actually had the little opposite rake when I added new shocks before and I still didn't have any issues then) Should be good. Off to the track I go now!

Also considering my tires out back are taller than the fronts, I have more than + 1/2" rake

That looks good. But, I'd scrape just getting out of my driveway if my car sat that low. You must live in an area with very flat roads. Enjoy
