Default HUD issue

Having purchased my vert last fall and only now getting to know it, I noticed some human hair inside HUD unit. How it got there is a good question, but a better one is how do I get it out? Is there some way to access the interior to clean it out? Anyone got any ideas? Thnx Rob

Well if its not on the top next to the windshield in the obvious place, you'll need to remove the dash pad in order to access and remove the hud itself. From there you can disassemble the hud. Its hard to imagine a hair getting inside of it as there really isn't any holes or anything that would allow this to happen. Inside of it, you will find the projector and two mirrored surfaces. Be careful what you touch as they are super delicate, special coatings and so on.
