You know how those pesky aci skirts get way too much road rash??? Well here's a way to take care of it. This a 10 guage stainless steel plate bolted thru the ground effect and into the bumper with custom mounting brackets I fabbed up. The ss splitter piece I had a buddy make for me. All I did was make a mf board 1/2" template of what I wanted and he cut me the piece of ss.
I want to send a special thanks to cf member stormrider for giving me the idea
Here are some pics installed. As soon as she's back on the ground I'll be doing some major pic whoring.

While that looks great and is really well done, you better hope you never hit a pedestrian. That would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. Sortof defeats the 5mph bumpers and is like mounting a full length knife to the front of your car.

Yeh, that'll be my problem if I HIT SOMEONE My car doesn't work well at 5mph anyway. The lowest i can go w/o it jumping and shaking all over the place is 15-20. I thank you for your comment though. Anyone else that is thinking about doing this should think about what you've said as well.

Update
I've had this on for a summer of driving. I have scraped the ss piece a ton w/ NO damage to it or the aci. I have had so many pm's on this wanting more info and I would reply. But never took pics since it was summer and I couldn't get pics of it on the ground. Well here's the pics.
The spacers I used plastic tubes (water lines). They are different lenghts depending on where they mount. The amount of space changes bc of fiberglass and from inward to outward. There are washer above and below these. I had it all bolted up and it fit real tight against the aci but you could give it a tap and it would make a slight rattle. Not wanting that I unbolted and put a line of 3M double sided tape the length of the aci. Then bolted it all back. Works perfectly. No noise, no damage and gives it a different look.
