Default Need Your Opinions Of Value On The......

....... factory polished aluminum wheels with about 6,200 miles on them.
Vette has always been parked in the garage and in open parking lots so no curb parking since new.

What is your opinion of a fair price of the "factory polished aluminum"
wheels for a C-5 coupe?

Seriously thinking about changing out very soon for a set of Z06 wheels.

Thanks for any feed-back.

I haven't looked there in a while,,but it wouldn't hurt to do a search in parts for sale. I'm sure the are some there,,or have been in the recent past. Should be able to get an idea there!!

Not too much of a demand on the polished, might have a hard time selling, I'd start with at least $200 a piece. I could be wrong.

With the variety of after market chrome reproductions available, OEM polished and clear coated aren't that desirable. Not to mention if someone is planning an upgrade - more than likely they are going to go to +1 or even +2 sizing. I'm not disrespecting your wheels by any means - I'm sure they are in beautiful condition, but I'd guess they are worth something around $500 for the set of four....possibly more if tire pressure sensors and tires are a part of the package.

Seriously doubt that you'll get $200 a piece for the wheels, but you can try. My guess is that a nice set will go for about $400-450.

Thanks for all the feed back, guys. It looks like market is around $500.00 for the set.
If anyone knows of anyone who wants or needs them, post any info and I'll make the
contact. I will try and include shipping in the price if it's no more than "one hundred" for
the set. They should be available this coming week. If anyone needs more details or
info send me your e-mail address and I can send a few photo's if you want to see them
before purchase.
