Default 2000 vert a/c water leak on pass. feet

Its almost spring in Ct and am getting her ready to roll. was reading the excellent c5 info thread and was reminded of this problem. Very humid day, air on ,water drip on passengers feet. I just checked for these (bladders?) under the cowl but can find nothing to clean out. Did the 2000 have them. The only thing i can find while going page by page thru VOL1 of shop manual on page 1-92 is only a mention of an HVAC moduale drain tube. Looks to be up behind intake? Would this be what was used in 2000. Any help i can get wold be great,if anyone has youve fixed this problem please point me in the right direction.

the evaporator drain tube it most likely clogged.
see if you can get to it an blow it out with compressed air etc.

I found this pic on google, but it should help.
its the tube coming out of the firewall, with the green "ring" around it

There's also a seal around the blower motor that can go bad.

easiest way is to lift the car and use an extension on a blow gun. blow some air into the hole at the end of the udder and water will come out, probably along with some gunk. Next I would remove the underside cover below the glove compt. before completely removing it, loosen the screws and with your fingers feel the foam on the inside of the cover, you want to check and see if it is saturated. it is a good idea to place some plastic on the passenger floor and some towels just in case. remove the cover. if you have a badly clogged udder, sometimes you have to pull the hose out of the condensor and let it drain. a shallow plastic tupperware container will catch any water. Be forewarned the computer components are at the base of the pass footwell, and repeated dripping from a clogged udder, can cause major damage. I just replaced my BCM because of this. If you can reach the udder, i would suggest cutting the end of it open a bit bigger so as to prevent future clogs.
