I'm planning to perform the rocking seat fix on my C5, but I haven't had any luck finding the necessary washers to do the fix. I've been to Home Depot, Lowes, & Ace (in Pearland), but still no luck.

Does anyone know of another place in Houston I should check or an online place? (I did a Google search, but came up empty handed)

I'm surprised Ace didn't have them. Stay away from HD & Lowe's (as you already know), you need a real hardware store. I called around and found mine at Tru-Value. Just get on the phone and call every HW store in town.

I made my own from the hard plastic that pop bottles get carried in.
I cut it to size then used the grinder to get the correct thickness.
Works awesome and solid as a rock.
