First of all, I'm not sure that this is a vette engine. Looks a littlle ricey to me. So my vote is for the guy with no engine because in his mind, his is the best.
But I will add my nickels worth.(With inflation .02 isn't enough)

Ok but what is that light bulb and all that wiring on your plenum cover?? YOu should have hidden that under the cover!
