im looking at a set of wheels for my 99 vet, they are a set of factory z06 wheels and tires off a 2008, i think they have a 325 in the rear 275 up front, I was wondering if im gonna have any caliber cleance issues, or if the tires will surpass the fenders(not tryin to throw rock all over the paint) just looking for any input

offsets are wrong, they will not fit. search for more detailed info.

Replicas made for the C5 should be out or out soon. Check with TomZwheels or House of wheels.

I don't know if the C6Z has the same issues as the regular C6. The C6 wheels fit fine for some and not so great for others. It's a slightly different offset but many use them just fine. But they usually will make replicas for C5s which can be just as cheap or cheaper then a set of actual C6Z wheels. There should be threads on such things already.

The will "fit", but the rears are definitely too wide and stick out past the rear body panels. One good "bump" and the rear tires will hit the body and cause nasty damage (just ask "catch06"). The only way to use the OEM C6Z wheels on the C5 is in conjuction with the L5 (or other) flared fender setup. Then you'll have no issues (from what I've read/seen on here).

I saw this setup one day on a coupe. The rear tires stuck out about an inch from what I remember.

Right and left rear fender panels were cracked between the wheel well and back glass. He must have hit some big bumps for the tires to strike the fender. I wouldn't do this mod.
