Thanks guys I really appreciate all the positive comments. Yes the wheels really POP out with all the car and big lip on them. Being a 19/20 combo certainly helps.

Good looking car OP

I had the same experience this past weekend down in Seaport Village in San Diego. My wife and I was sitting on a bench next to the parking lot by the shops and we had noticed a couple of young guys stop and posed next to my vette and took pictures

Then not long later, a young couple was walking by and the guy was checking out my car as he was walking by. I am not use to this attention being a former Mustang owner

No need to explain bro, I know EXACTLY where you're coming from! On the one hand, I'd like to pick up a C6Z but on the other (and more practical) hand, I'd love to have a fun 4-door sports sedan so that my two sons can cruise along with me. It'd be nice to have both, but the stock market just won't cooperate at the moment...

HAHA so you do understand. Well guys here are a few more pics, but since them I have made the air ducts, cowl, and window pillar Carbon Fiber, added theProjection headlights, and a new lip spoiler. Completely fast and furious action. HAHA. Add the fact that my interior is completey done and a big NOS bottle inbetwwen the seats always raises an eyebrow. HAHA

I understand why they were taking pics of it. If I was there I'd have done it too. Your car is sweet. It's done just right without being overdone. Really nice job.

Beautiful car. You mentioned "Chrome Depot" rims? Can I ask where you got them or do you have a link to the dealer.

Thanks!

This kind of thing happend to me a couple of years ago.

Was at a gas station, two vans pull up and a bunch of teenage boys pile out. They started taking pics of each other next to the car.

Adult with them said they were Alaskan kids from the bush, their first big trip. Said they had probably only seen pictures of a Vette.

They had a good time posing.

It's a great looking C5. Why did you want to get rid of it? And what has changed? Once again, great looking car.

Now go to somewhere BFE where those cars or anything like it are rare. You'd think your car is on fire the way people stare.

This is one of the first cars I ever seen in Yellow that motivated me. I made it happen. HAHA

You have a very nice ride! Making me reconsider trading mine in couple of years. Maybe I'll just put a 427 in
