Who makes These Lambo Hinges??
My wife likes the look of the Lambo doors on the C5 and I cam across some inexpensive hinges. BUT "You get what you pay for!" sooooooo Can anyone identify these?
Thanx...

Maybe verticle doors...
We have installed both and your statement is true, you get what you pay for and in my opinion LSD is the only way to go. The others are very cheap in construction and to my knowledge LSD's are the only crash rated hinges.
Do not shop cheap, if you don't want to pay for a good set don't do it.

If, and when, I go for the vertical door hinges. I'll get the LSD's. They allow the door to be opened either vertical or standard.

Yeah he's got a bunch, I just don't know anything about them and was trying to find out if they were total junk or not... So far I learned Lamobs don't use em anymore and the Devil is involved to some extent...

I just had the Verticle Door kit installed yesterday, and you can open them normal (at least enough to get in and out).
Those hinges in the pics above are not by verticle doors. The Verticle Door hinge is very heavy duty, and the hinge pictured above appears no where near as well built. I would only use Verticle Door or LSD hinges.

I don't care for them, but I think the OP has the right idea: you get what you pay for. If your door is going to be dangling 3-4 ft in the air, you might want a quality piece holding it up.

Sorry to **** in your Cheerios, guy. Fortunately for you, other peoples' opinions don't seem to influence you.

I got this guy to take some pics of the shocks, maybe that will help identify them...
He stated that they will also open nomally and there's an adjustment point to allow how much horizontal swing you want. Luckly this isn't a permenant install and can be reversed I suppose.
