Default My wife's ex-husband bought a C6......

In an effort to show me up because I have a C5

Little does he know that I and my wife (newlyweds BTW, married on 18 July after 5 years of courtship ) could care less about his 2007

If that was his intention, he's pretty immature. I could see why she dumped him and married you.

Congrat sto you on being newlywed by the way..

You must care and even be a little miffed about it. Otherwise, why advertise it here?

But the real question is... if you see him on the road, will you wave? This could be the ultimate test of Corvette loyalty.

No, not miffed about it all. I love my C5. I thought it was pretty amusing that someone whom I have never met and that lives many, many miles away from me (he got wind of my C5 from my stepdaughter, who doesn't like her dad very much. He used to have a C4 that he wrecked and told him about my car to make him jealous ) would even care. Seems he's the one that was miffed I just thought I would share my story with you guys

I think someone is jealous..... Material items tend to do that to people.

Gee, there are a lot of people that live far away from me that I don't even know that own C6's...and I'm not insecure enough to think that they did it to show me up because I own a C5....

go back and re read what I wrote, guys. I am not upset or miffed. There is nothing to let go. I could care less about the guy. I only know about this because my stepdaughter told me about what he said and did. I thought it was funny. My only motivation in sharing the story is because I thought it was funny, nothing more nothing less

Of course, he's probably over in the C6 section laughing his butt off saying "There's this poor sap with a C5 and my lousy ex-wife..."
