I noticed this was dirty, and wondered if removable? I see a large black **** on the right side that turns either way; but on the left side there is just an 1/8 hole.

Am I missing a fastener here ? Does the fastener on the right turn unitl it can be removed? After my 1 fastener is out, does plastic grid just lift out ?

yea it lifts out, the **** your thinking of, is a sensor, just unplug it when you lift up the grill... its pretty ez.. gL

The "black ****" that you see is the sunload sensor for the auto A/C.
On the other end(recessed) is the ambient light sensor for the DRLs. To remove the grill, GENTLY pry up on it with one or two small screwdrivers. Start on one end and work across CAREFULLY, the plastic clips that hold it on are fairly delicate. After you get it popped up you can remove the sensors by rotating them and pulling them out the bottom.
