Wish it had Homelink. That can be done, but I'm too cheap.

I don't like that you have to be stopped and hold the button down for 5 seconds to go into comp mode. should be able to do it at any speed, quick press should be for comp, hold 2-3 seconds for all off mode. that makes much more sense!
I also don't like how the memory seat function always forgets where I programmed it to go, and that it turns off as soon as you open the door, you have to close the door, and put the key back in to hit the get out position button...
also not paid off!
but I love everything else. its hard to find faults with a C5, just that small petty stuff that really doesn't matter compared to how much fun the car is.

I really like how its easy enough to drive, comfortable, has enough room, and gets good enough economy to be a daily driver.

I wish the windows were like the C6 where they go on the inside of the weatherstriping instead of the outside. Im tired of getting leaked on when Im in a down pour. I know there is a fix, just havent gotten around to it yet. Also wish I could of gotten a 427 from the factory.

You can push in the clutch if the vehicle is moving and still get it into competition mode. You dont have to be at a complete stop. Ive done this before.

Other Corvette owners that bitch about petty things that don't matter.

It's a Sports Car (Get it) So why all the complaining "I don't have heated seats, I don't like the sound system, Compass? WTF are you Off roading?

Comp mode on the fly so you can race every ricer that comes along.

Gimmeabreak.

btw.

My only real complain would be the seat quality. The drivers seat seems loose with a little rock when I get in. And the seat is showing a lot of ware on the edge from getting in and out but the rest of the seat is near perfect. But I have to admit I read a lot about the seats being a week spot before buying it so I knew what to expect.
I have to love the MPG though between 22 & 25 average unless I pay around a lot on the weekend. Gotto love it...

NOT A REDNECK.................

I have a 2003 Z06. Great car. My Dad has a 2007 Z06 and he's adding another 100+ HP. So, my 405 HP seems rather meek next to his 600+ HP monster. I'd like his, but maybe with a 3.90 rear end. I guess there is always a bigger dog out there.
