Best source for 100% cotton polishing towels??
I figured if anyone here knew a good source (online or in person) it's be you guys..
My collection of 100% cotton polishing towels are starting to look a bit ragged, and I won't just use any towel on my car.. Some of the "100% cotton" towels I find in stores around here feel like a Brillo Pad.
Thanks, in advance

Actually - the experienced detailers have gotten away from cotton and think micro fiber is the way to go. Even Richard Griot who used to be the biggest proponent of 100% cotton now recommends micro fiber.
I switched a couple of years ago and haven't looked back.
Adams sells some great micro fiber, as does Griot's. All micro fiber is not created equal - the more costly ones really are softer and better.
Here's a link to Griot's.....

As you can see - he recommends different towels for different purposes.

Micro fiber is the only way to go............I used bath towels for years, but they don't come close to the micro fiber................Also have learned that micro fiber is the only thing to use when cleaning inside and outside windows..........Clean and no more streaks!

Thank you, guys...
See, one of the products my company produces is actually a microfiber. Several, in fact.. We have several products with strands less than one denier.. The problem was finding one that was sueded/brushed and not abrasive.. I think I have two, but I wanted to test them first.

You are absolutely 100% correct! I've learned to wash and dry the micro fiber towels separately. Or wash with other items, and then hang dry, do NOT dry with cotton towels or other cotton items! If you do, you'll be picking little lint ***** off the micro fiber towels for some time
