do not use paint cleaner or any chemical on it! Take it to a local body shop and ask one of the estimators inside to wet sand and buff the spot for you. They will probably do it for free. I run a Body Shop in Houston 17 years. If wet sand won't take it out then you are looking at a repaint.

Try scratch x, It will nor further damage the paint and will at least improve if not remove the damage.
