The Z is my DD most of the year. For winter I rock an "Engineering Marvel" 1992 Mercury sable. Bought it from a co-worker for 1000 bucks. Here's the kicker. its only got 64K on it.

However, I will say I do not feel safe in the car at all. Going down the parkway it feels like you are driving an outboard boat. Cracks me up that you can turn the wheel back and forth 45 degrees and still be heading straight in the car at 60mph. If you did that in the Z you'd be in a ditch.

HAHA my Grand Cherokee feels the same exact way

It's like surfing all the way to work everyday. This is the sloppiest feeling car I have ever owned. but for 3,000$ it's not too bad.

The daily drivers are two 1998 BMW M3s. The purple is a sedan (wifey's), the silver is a coupe (mine).

My little Porsche 944S. Makes a great DD.. rides nice, handles great, good power, and gets 33+ mpg.

However, if you think there's a "Corvette tax", go buy a Porsche. You'll know what zfiken taux es.

98 Vette Coupe is my daily driver now. I Have a 97 Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel that makes me cry when I have to fill it up. While my Z does pretty good, I can get away with running 87 octane in the 98.
