I think it's great. I always have it up. Use it mostly for speed. I keep the speed, tach and oil pressure up. Wish it had the lateral G numbers like on the C6. Oh well.

Grasshopper, you fail to grasp my attempts at sarcasm. Relax....

And, yes, my sister really is a bitch.

How can you "optimize" your shift points when you cant even see the indicator light up in daylight hours with the glare on the window? You must be squinting and pushing your face close to the windshield even to catch a possible glimpse of it to flash to tell you when to shift...

That HUD shift light aint even accurate but you can continue using it to "optimize" your high rpm shifts and let the guys that know whats going on use the aftermarket accurate lights mounted at side eye level.

Obviously you are joking about using the HUD light to shift by but we are laughing over here about it anyway..

It's cool but distracting at times. I guess you need to learn how to use it at high speeds as I don't want to look down at 140 on the track to check a gage.

It works well enough for me not to hit the rev limiter before every shift like you did in the famous video you posted of you racing mini vans on the onramp. From that video I can tell that my shifts are much more optimized than yours

Another one for love it

I find myself looking for my HUD display in my other cars and they don't even have it

Certain polarized sunglasses (my Maui Jims are the worst) can also make it more difficult to see in bright daylight.
