Default Corsa Indy VS Borla Stinger

Pros and Cons of each please. Someone has offered to trade their stingers for my Corsa's so I'm just wanting to get some opinions. I'm more of a fan of the old muscle car sound over the exotic sound if that matters.

The rest of my combo is longtubes, highflow cats, X-pipe

If you like a muscle car sound then you will love the stingers.
I have them in the quad oval tips.They do have drone at cruzing speed than can take some getting used to, they say that the partition helps out alot..........but once you hear what your car sounds like to others as you pass by them you won't care what they sound like inside the car.

I say don't trade your Indy's. The stingers do not sound better IMO. The stingers also drone, the Indy's do not. If you do make sure you get some cash in the trade, the Indy's cost more.

I had stingers before my Corsa Indy's and will never look back! The stingers might have a slight advantage sound wise, but if you add in the DRONE factor the Indy's win hands down. You will never "get used" to the drone. Mine drove me absolutely nucking futs!

i have a partition and i had stingers and they didnt drone. i went to b&b bullets. with the partition they have a slight drone but it really isnt bad at all. i can still talk on the phone with them. i like the bullets the best of everything i have heard but the stingers get a close second. i would trade if i were you. it all depends on what you want and like. if a little rumble bothers you then keep what you have. if you like a little deep toned noise when you drive then the stingers are for you.

Coming from Mustangs, I can't imagine the drone yall talk about being nearly as bad as an offroad H-pipe and 2-chamber Flowmasters on a 4.6 DOHC car.

I am putting on some b&b bullets this week so the exhust must go i am only looking for 875(obo) +shipping like i said it's basically brand new. So pm if you intrested.

Borlas = Drone
Corsas = No Drone

Depends on what you can put up with.

I have Indy's and you couldn't pay me to swap them.

Vette drone is different (louder). The Mustangs have the rear seats and padding to cancel a lot of the drone. With the Z06 you have absolutely nothing to cancel drone - and it's a ton louder. Trust me - I've had both and the Z06 drone is 100% worse.

If you want muscle car sound and minimal drone - get some GHL bullets.

The Corsa's exotic sound does sound pretty sweet.....I've always liked them.......it was a tough decision between them and the Stingers that I have now............but I got such a good deal on my Borla's that I couldn't pass them up, I doubt I would ever swap for the Corsa's, but I can certainly appreciate how good they sound
The one and only thing that would make me want to ever swap is the drone that Borla's have......other than that I doubt anyone could ever get me to part with them. I think they both sound great, it just depends on what sound you like best.....Blonde or Brunette.......not an easy choice when their both hot!!

OK... Just my opinion...

I would bet you'd find many more Borla Stinger owners looking to trade for Corsas than you'd find Corsa owners looking to trade for Borla Stingers

Same exact situation here. I couldn't be more happier with my Corsa Pace Cars.

I have to say two thumbs up for the CORSA's! My stepdad had the Borla's and i always thought they sounded good but I went with the Corsa's on mine and wasn't sorry. Now he's a little jealous! Also, when the two of us are on the track running wide open together everyone says the Corsa's sound so much better!

It would be interesting to hear a side by side comparison..........with both cars running at the same time.

I love interior drone and how much my girlfriend hates it! And I don't have tolisten to her talk. Those Corsa's sounded great too though.
