My buddy bought a pair for him and I and thought that they would fit nice him having a 09 and me having a 07 the hooks are different. Is there a way to get the hooks that are for the 07 instead of the 09 because they are sliding all over the place.

The Velourtex is a shorter pile height, about the height of Berber.
The Ultimats is a taller pile, about the height of the carpet in your
house.
The Luxe is the same height as the Ultimats, but extremely dense.
About 85% of the sales are Ultimats.

just posted my second order from you... purchased a couple years ago from a black set also. i ordered the torch red with silver c5 logo this time... im assuming the entire mat is torch red and is not oulined in black correct?

Not that you need it since you just bumped it yourself, but 1 set of mats has been purchased! 
I expect I'll be quite pleased with them over the crappy generic mats I've been using. My foot actually wore a hole through them, and they don't have any way to lock in place.

Can these be made custom?
There are two things I need.
I need them longer towards the seats. I have fixed racing seats in mine and now the bolts on the front of the brackets are exposed with the original carpet cut out around them (usually covered by the plastic caps on the stock rails) So I need mats that are longer and not cut out around those caps that can cover the bolts.
The other question is can the embroidery be in custom color and with custom wording?

What is the typical turnaround time on these? Reason I ask is that I have a c5 I'm planning on taking to auction and I think the side facing logos would be a nice touch. I always put a new set of mats in auction cars - great way to freshen up the interior of a car on the cheap. I think the side facing mats look great but I'm kind of on a schedule here.
