how well does this gold emblem pass off as lt oak?
does this emblem scream GOLD or is it subtle?
reason being is i was thinking of black mats with my lt oak interior but they don't make a lt oak emblem.
i really don't want lt oak mats again as they just get dirty in my DD.

It is pretty gold, I would not call it subtle...

I received my mats yesterday, Chip! They look great.....almost too nice to put my dirty feet on!
I know, I know....this post is worthless without pics!
If I get some time this weekend, I need to clean my interior. Once I get the carpets nice and clean - I'll take some pics.

Just ordered a set from CCA a few days ago. Thanks for the e-mail Chip. Can't wait to get the mats. I already have Lloyd front mats with the dual logos that are several years old. They are great mats and have served me well. I think these will look even better.

I like those as well.......I got the new Malibu and it has the logo on the side.....Very nice........

I would like someone to make a floor mat just like those, but also have a rubber section in the middle (where your foot rests). I find that my Loyd's matts wear in the spot that my foot rests when driving...
The stock OEM floor mat has that small section where your foot rests so as not to make a wear spot in the carpet, but does not have a nice logo like that.
Having a rubberized wear section in the middle, and custom sideways Corvette logo's would be sweet ! Best of both worlds I think...

Those look good, similar to C6. I always wonder why do these third party branded mats never use the rubber heel section like the OEM mats do? It sure messes the carpeting with your feet wearing there.
