Okay, I got a response from the guy from ebay. He said they can get them 10" across, and a minimum of 2, at $39 each plus shipping.

The other place (patchdevil.com) was $25 each for a minimum of 6, plus shipping. I'm thinking the one from patchdevil would be cheaper and they do paypal, but the guy from ebay is i the US, and it's from ebay, which makes it a little more trustworthy...

What do you guys think? Before I start a new thread and get things rolling, what road do you think we should take?

Check this web site out. Even has the letters & c5 flags on the back.In case this site does not work. Do the google search.Type; c5 corvette twill jackets on ebay.
I think you will like these. Keep in mind $80 for 2 patches & $150 for 6 patches plus the s/ charges.I asked the seller about a group purchase for $59.95 or $69.95. They are asking $89.95 each. Corvette central is the seller. Sent you a pm.
