I did a search but couldn't find anything.

I added Xenon lights a couple weeks ago, and ever since then, my headlights don't go down. Someone had replied to switch it to the high-beams and this will work...well that will get them down, but I have to do this everytime.
How can I reset it so the headlights go down when I turn the lights off?

I think I found the solution mentioned elsewhere on the forum, mentioned by Eric04

i dont know about minitech, but for you if you just put a hid kit in, the problem is the computer is not sensing the lights going off because the ballast only draws 35 watts instead of 55watts. so when you put the high beams on and turn off the lights the computer sees the 55 watt draw go off, you need to put a 55 watt resistor in between the headlight harness and the ballast or the relay harness if your kit came with one, i had the same problem and that fixed it, get a 55watt 5ohm resistor
