If you have a color printer you can bu a transfer paper (sorry the name escapes me) that you can print on them iron on to anything you want.
It leaves a fabric like covering on the material that really comes out great, kind of like silk screen.
Only thing you have to remember is if a word is involved you have to print it backwards or else when you transfer it, the word will be reversed. Please don't ask me how I know.

I doubt you will see many vendor carring them. Patches are not as "in style" as they once were. The cost of manufacturing has drastically gone up and then getting it liscensed by GM it will force the price way over the top.
