I don't know him, but according to his profile he hasn't been on since 12.06.07 and he doesn't accept emails. I guess your best bet would be to PM him and hope he gets it.

I don't know him and don't know how long you have been waiting for the part, but if it's beyond what would be considered a reasonable length of time, contact an administrator, and they can send him an e-mail.
