Thanks Ed!!! Worked on them for a while, applied a little elbow grease and they did finally go together. Can't wait to get them on and hear them for the first time (leaving the stock setup behind).

Chip - Merry Christmas!!!!

Mine came today!!!!

Fedex was going to be stupid again and not leave them, but my neighbor saw them and stopped the Fedex guy and signed for it.

I've got my install appointment tomorrow morning.

I should have stepped up to the GHL's. I bought those cheap, crappy Pypes. They were defective, sagged until they hit the rear fascia. Genius boy at Pypes thinks I can get a shop to weld them up for $20 or $30. You can't even get a reputable shop to walk nearby your Vette for less than $100.

I shoulda listened to you, Chip!! You've always steered me in the right direction on all my other purchases. Happy Holidays!

Well......mine are installed and the sound is great. It's exactly what I wanted. Gets louder during acceleration and when you rev it, but when cruising, I could still listen to music and talk if necessary. Thanks Chip.

**There was one installation issue though. The install went fine and the first time they started it up I was blown away. Drove out of there with a smile on my face. I got to work and left the car running and went to the back of my Vette to look again, and one side had sagged about 1-2 inches. I got a few things done at work and then went back. They said that nothing came loose, the pipes just slid a bit. They put it back and tightned everything tighter than before. He said that most systems recomend 45 lb ft on the bolts, he went much higher than that the 2nd time. He said that if it slips again, they'll have to take it apart and sand some of the finish off to give the pipes some more "grip." He also said that now that the bolts are as tight as they are, the bolts could break.

But it sounds great, and is not sagging right now, so overall I am happy-I'll just be checking my exhaust every time I get out of the car, hoping I don't leave it on the freeway.

Thanks again Chip
