GM Drilled & Slotted Rotors Available!
Hi All,
I have had several people want to order drilled and slotted rotors over the last couple of months but they have been backordered. I can get them and they are 258.78 shipped. They do have a new part number. If you'd like to order front and rear ceramic pads with them as well the pads are 131.00 for front and rear sets shipped (Both front and rear).
A little bit about the rotors. I get questions all the time whether or not they're zinc coated or not. No, they are not. Zinc coating does was off after a while anyway. I recommend you paint the hat area of the rotor with your favorite colored high temp paint. To protect the slots and drilled areas you can spray several coats of clear on them. When you first apply the brakes, it will burn the clear off the areas that is needed.
That's it. If you'd like to order the rotors you can go to the site at www.gmpartshouse.com. Click where it says click here to enter part number search. Use the following part numbers, starting in box #1, and be sure to use Chevrolet make.
