Default Give Me An Appraisal For My Z06!!! (plenty of pics)

2002 Torch Red Z06 w/ Mod Interior

I'm thinking about selling my car, so before I do anything too irrational, I want to get a couple of rough-estimates on what my car might be appraised for...

As you can tell, it's a 2002 Torch Red Z06 with Mod-red Interior.

I took the car to Carmax to have them look it over and they gave me a couple of pages listing everything they inspected on my car. Everything (interior, exterior, motor, etc...) was in EXCELLENT condition.

The car has 43,000 miles on it and brand new rear tires. The front tires have about 50% tread life left...

The only modifications done to the car are tinted windows and the car is lowered about 1 inch.

Below are pictures of the car I took yesterday... Please let me know if there is anything else I should list or if I am leaving anything out... Thanks!

Thanks for looking and if you know enough about Corvettes to leave an educated estimate of what my car is worth, please do!!! Thank you all!

Beautiful car! looks like you take great care of it. Im not the absoulte authority on Z06s but i do have alot of experience in shopping for them and i have prices melted in my brain. I would ask for 31,000 and use that as a starting point, wouldnt go below 29,000. it looks to be in great shape for an average mileage z. Best of luck.

It looks clean, I know I got mine last November after lots of searching, and it was in the winter time and I bought it in Vermont, so time of the year will have an effect on the selling/asking price. I see that you are sort of near me, if you do deciede to sell it and the new owner does not like the "mod-red" interior, let me know, I have a 2002 Z06 also with only 27,xxx miles on it and would be interested in a possible trade for complete black interior pieces to replace the red ones in yours if you are interested, that's a little over half the miles that are on yours. If not I understand, let me know I have many pictures of my interior too, and I've only put about 3000 miles on mine since I got it and that was almost a year ago.

Great looking Z.

$27,000 car looks good, mileage, age and time of year hurt.

I would say at least 30K, it looks to be in really good condition and the miles arent to high. Good luck on your decision!

Nice car. What brand are the rear tires? I like that tread pattern.

Just curious.....How much did CARMAX offer for your car?

Looks good, I would say around $29-$30k, maybe $500-$1k more if you get rid of the Nopi stickers

Nice Z! You would bring top dollar if you can afford to hold off until spring. Losing the NOPI stickers wouldn't hurt.
Best of luck!

They look just like the ones that came on the CCW's that I recently bought BFGoodrich G-Force KDW2 Tires

Not meaning to take over the thread, just helping out someone with a question on this thread.

28k-29k......and lose that damn NOPI sticker!......Clean car, but other cars can be found for a bit more with less miles and red is a common color....Try to check out other listings in your area as far as dealerships, autotrader, and ebay to get a good starting price

I agree

Not to mention different brand tires front and rear. That doesn't help your cause. Other than that nice clean looking car.

Are those Firestone tires on the front? Even worse than mismatched tires on a Z06, is having the cheapest tires you can buy on the front.

Ask 30k accept 28.5k. It's tough to get a loan on a car that age for some people.

Very nice Z!!! Asking above $30k right off the bat may make people look right over your vette. It IS a very well kept car though!!! I never was a fan of the modd red but its really growing on me, It really looks good with the TR Exterior.

GOOD LUCK!!!
