It can never be too loud. Yes there is drone. Its basically straight pipes so it will be just about the loudest thing out there. I didnt check to see what mods you have but if you have headers, it will sound like stock car. Had to take mine off because of my neighbors but I loved the sound of it.

LOL, if your considering the Loudmouth, and want to wait. Your free to stop by. I had the Borla installed on the Vette at Carlisle (since I saw you were interested in the Borla in another thread) and just bought the Loudmouth system for the TransAm. Both are LS1's, so it will give you a good chance to hear the difference.

Do the tips always look crooked? Every picture i see they look like that. The middle two sit up higher than the outer ones.

The previous owner had already installed headers and the slp exhaust, and other couple of items

yes there are loud, and yes there is drone. Your passenger will be asking you to repeat anything you say while driving. You; "blah blah blah" Her:"what"

I love them, its one of things which lured me to bring her home

well i love obnoxiously loud cars.. i have long tubes and borla straight pipes, which are similar to the slp lm and i absolutely love the way it sounds. to me the drone is not really that but, though to others i could see it being an issue.. and from the ouside, especially at WOT, its freakin earshattering.. next, i plan on gettin o2 sims and dumping the cats.. then it will officially be 'loud'

I love them, have had them on for a few years now. I would suggest an X pipe to lose a little of the drone and get rid of the popping. They sound mean
