My 12yo niece who's decided she has to have a Corvette when she gets out of college. A few years off yet...but the seed has been sown.

I've owned Vettes since long before my daughter was born so she's always been around them. The convertibles were her favorites. Had her washing and detailing mine when she could barely pick up a hose. Demanded that I drop her off at middle school dances in the '67 427 so the "boyz could see her". When she got her license at 16 I started letting her take my '78 Pace Car to school once in a while. She loves tooling around in my FRC and her mom's '07 red coupe. But now states that her next car will be a new C6 Z06 (what can I say ). Her Lexus IS apparently ain't makin' it.

Here's a shot of her taking a break while tooling around the New Orleans lakefront in the '75 Vert. She's definitely a Vette Gal. The last shot is one of her "outtakes" from a recent charity photoshoot for the "Babes of Dallas Wakeboarding" calendar.

This is when the grandkids were 5 and 6

This is recent, ages 7 and 8.

They still haven't quite figured out why Papa is so fond of his plastic cars, but they sure do like riding in them.

Default Posting These For Friends

I want to post these for two of my best friends, Lee and Karen Pavorsky. They've got two of the greatest kids in the world and they BOTH (the 2 kids) just love our Corvettes.
I can see them both someday driving Corvettes.
Jake comes with us to every show his dad enters and Jake is the wheel man. He can polish a set of chrome wheels like no one else.

Marissa comes to one show every year, the Ocean City NJ Boardwalk Corvette Show. She rides with me while Jake rides with his Dad.

Here are a couple other shots also.
Jake and Marissa with their Dad Lee.

My grandson a couple of years ago. Whenever we'd go anywhere, it'd always be "Faster, papa. Faster!" I was happy to oblige...

This was taken the day I brought the car home. Everyone was wearing party hats and the house decorated. The boy was almost as excited as the old man.

This pic is about a year old but, it's my favorite. He can't stand it when the Vette fires up and he's not in it!!
