Cyberdine Graphics update!
Hello to all,
I just want to clear up some discussion I heard took place here few weeks ago.
Discussion which I believe criticized my costumer service as poor.
I try my best to please anyone, I really do. Of course its impossible to please everyone. I don't think that none of you can please everyone at your work either. isn't that the truth. You may please 99% of them but there will be one that won't be. That's called Humans!
No matter how hard someone may try, there will always be someone that won't be content. Period. But even so we'll try to make that one pleased as its the what keep us going.
All I ask for those costumers that are in a hurry with a product, specially if you need a customized color or design, it can take more time than initially anticipated. Just keep in mind that most often I do not charge for customizing a product (which could double the product's price).
I will respond to all calls in a timely manner. All emails are responded as well.
I may occasionally be out of the office for few days when on a field job. So you must be patient, I am not ignoring you.
Our n.1 goal other than making the best raised inserts in the market, is to see a happy costumer, that's foremost to us.
If anyone has a complaint or wishes to direct me some question fell free to do so either through this forum, if the owner allow it or by emailing me.
I thank you all for your time,
God Bless,
Alex

I just spoke with Alex. My Commemorative Edition insert fell out, it could have been when cleaning the interior and I could not locate it in the car. I have had the decal about 2 years. He is sending me a replacement out. I get lots of compliments on the decal.

FWIW, my cyberdine wheel emblem has not budged at all, even through the hottest california sun days.

yeah, I am still waiting for my replacement "R" which does not fit in my dashboard quit well. I called Cyber up and talked to them on the issue how the R (Dashboard Insert) does NOT fit the slot correctly. I had to trim mine and bend it and force it into the slot. I was told a replacement R would be sent out, since it never arrived I modififed the R myslef to make it fit. Yeah, I know its no big deal, but they say it was suppose to be laser cut letters.
None of my inserts I purchased from Cyber stuck very long. I had to apply Super Glue to them as they fell off. With Super Glue they stay on fine. Just to let you know.
Peace

kale, You're right about the notification when out of the office, I'll make sure to set it up. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought you.
Kale, in regards to the letters cut off, they're not. Due to the fact that the letters end close to the edge with the curvature of the emblem it may look like letters are missing but if you look at an angle you'll notice that they're all in there. It would look to clouded if done otherwise.
All steering wheel inserts are made to fit inside of the indentation you see at the image. Its meant to be insert, not at it nor over it.
I've tested the other way before , it won't look the same, trust me.
Thanks Kale,
I also tank you all for posting your comments.
If there's a way to improve service please don't hesitate to bring it attention. Your comments are extremely valuable to us.
Thanks again,
God bless you all,
Alex

You're right, it is the curvature. I wonder if a flat sticker for that section might be better?
How can I make my sticker mate up perfectly to the wheel? you see how in his, the bottom of the flagpoles stick out.
mine is the same way. If I line it up to those, it doesnt mate up above.

It's just a small accent piece which adds color to the bland stock steering wheel. If you don't stare at it all will be fine.

I tried the flat decals before, after two attempts in trying to get them to stick I gave up.
We had some hot, humid days here last week and I was working up a dripping sweat working on the Vette. It would not surprise me if the insert some how got stuck to my arm or some other part of me.
