Thanks for your service ... very nice Z06 ... now to the problem.
If your wife has the car while you are gone, she will fall in love with it ... do you really think she is going to give it back to you when you return? She will be driving the Z06 and you will be in the family minivan

HAHA I don't know that she would do that. She drives a FORD ZX2. It is very slow and automatic. She has to learn to drive stick before taking the Z06 out. My brother is the one that actually drove it, she just went along. I guess she told him she wanted to drive and he basically said that learning on the vette was not a good idea, then showed her the power it has!!!!!
I guess I am not to drive fast in the car now cause she is scared of it!!!!! 
I have never owned a car this great so you all know I'm going to drive it like I stole it!!!!!!!

I will be glad to post pictures for southerncarparts.com!!! I just ordered the partition combo for my Z!!! Hopefully after all the modifications are done, I will have a ton of new pictures of the Vette and all its new upgrades!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Thanks!!!! It seems like there is a crazy amount of military/ ex-military on this forum!!!! I wonder if loving Corvettes is a patriotic thing... Maybe, but all I know is, I feel in love with the white Z06's as soon as I found out they existed!!!!
Oh, sometime I wish I was Navy EOD....
They get to be airborne and get all kinds of crazy SEAL training!!!! OH well I still get to BLOW stuff up!!!!

I saw a few people looking at the car through the forum!! I got to the forum late cause I really didn't think I would find the car I wanted on a Forum, but my older brother down in Tampa said it was a good bet.
I could have paid more for a completely stock Z06 with more miles on other sites!!!! I am just glad I found it when I did and that snowedz06 was willing to work with my family to get the car!!!!I couldn't be more happy!!!!

Congrats! Interested in some LG long tube headers?
I'm getting ready to ship my '01 Z06 to Germany (Spangdahlem). Not sure what the emission requirements are there so I'm thinking about taking off my LG long tube headers (no Cats) and putting the stock system back on (w/ catalytic converter). Not sure I want to do the work, but if somebody wanted them, I might be able to motivate myself to do it, although I may cry the whole time! They're awesome!
