Default Targa Top Question...
My top blew off the other day..it didn't break...but has scratches all over the top..so my question is to get rid of those scratches (which you can feel pretty good) do I have to replace it to rid those scratches?

Probably yes. You might try sanding them and clear coating. Some people have reported success with this.

I had mine sanded, buffed and clear coated and the shop and I was not satisfied. Ended up painting it (black) to match the car. THAT came out great.

Yup, painted mine. Looks great! Really sets the car off. Thinking about painting the roof bow as well.
