Read a few posts and getting mixed reviews on these. Can you post pics if you have of different ones and if they work for you or not?

Research Says
My research says they work great with the top down and the windows up. They do not protect that well against buffeting when the windows are down.
I hate driving with me windows up and top down

You'll get many different perspectives on this matter.
For one, the VetteNet is beneficial for many. In the opinion of the S/O, it is indispensable if she is driving with the top down (she wears contacts - w/o the VetteNet the wind dries out her eyes).
I have one - I have used it maybe twice. It is beneficial if you want some reduction of wind in the cockpit.
Like others have stated - the most beneficial wind reduction using the VetteNet is to do so with the drivers/passenger windows up.
Here it is on the S/O's Vert:

I have the Vettenet and used it a lot last year. This year it seems like a lot of bother to install it and if you go somewhere you have to take it out to put the top up. Not much fun putting it on and taking if off constantly. BUT it really, really does work. I can drive with the top down no matter what the temperature is outside, and my hair doesn't end up in my mouth and eyes. I got mine free from a customer who traded his C5 in on a C6, and that's the only reason I have one. I'm too cheap to spend $350 + for a windscreen.

You guys that have the colored screens to match your cars, must have had them along time. I was on the Vettenet web site today and all they offer is black. They claim it's their most popular color. I guess so if that's all you offer

I ordered mine from Dennis on Friday. Should be here by Monday or Tuesday.
I took the wife to dinner the other night after she did her hair, and you know what that means. I messed it up good, very good. So, on days like that I will put it on. I too like the windows down with the top down, but in a case like this, I can handle it.
Another reason is we go on a couple of very long road trips every summer and I have to tell you, doing 75 to 85 for a few hours and the wind does start to get to me. So, on those days it will be up with the windows up as well.

Who cares - you have a FRC that the top cannot come off (at least on purpose)

I've had the newer style Vette Net which has a lower profile and plexiglass for a while. Wife won't drive without it on. I roll the windows up approx 2-3 inches when moving fast and helps significantly. I refuse to roll the windows all the way up. Not as happy with the product because you must roll the windows up at least partially to noticeablly reduce the wind.
The tube that the net slides down into is approx 5 inches. Thinking about stuffing something (ie cork) in the bottom of that tube allowing the net to sit a little higher. Not sure if it will help considering we already sit very low in the seats. It might also create more turbulance with the wind getting under the net. Ideas???

I just received my Vet Net from Dennis Fichtner. It does make a large difference for the better but the windows do need to be rolled up. If you don’t like top down/windows up, this is not a good fit. It’s nice on a long trip or at speed where constant wind turbulence could become tiresome. On the plus side, there is zero modification necessary, installs in seconds. The down side is it that it is somewhat large and awkward to store and the finish quality (my opinion) is not up to par with the price. Nonetheless, knowing what I now know, I would buy it again. BTW, dealing with Dennis Fichtner is a pleasure! He exceeded my expectations, product was delivered before date promised and was exactly as explained.

I'm a gal and I have one as well. It definitely helps with the hair!! I drive with the windows down. However, it has damaged the paint on my tonneau due to the thing moving and vibrating against it. I won't use it anymore because of the damage it has caused.
