Ugly peeled targa top no more!!! pics.
My 98 coupe had the common ugly peeled roof panel. So I had a friend of mine paint it to match the car. He had the paint computer matched and (oddly enough to me) it was a match to 98 Isuzu silver. Anyway he sanded the top smooth applied an adhesion promoter, several coats of primer, sanded again and then the base and clear. I got it back today and it looks sooo much better than before and could easily pass for a factory job.

Looks good, I need to have this done to my top but have a couple of questions.
What does the underside of the top look like from the inside?
Does anyone know what a body shop might charge for this project?

Very We have an extra clear top, with damage on it, and we are going to have the body shop that painted my wife's car paint the top the same color as the car. So she will have a solid and clear top.
